Expectations

In life, we come to expect certain things, we expect highs, we expect lows, we expect to die, and we expect to love. However, sometimes life is (i know its a cliche') but life is a bitch. Think of the homeless of the world, now i can't neccessarily say this with certainty, but i'd expect that they would think of life as one big low, and death as the only high. Why do we as humans EXPECT so much from our own existance. Do me a favour, dont expect anything for a week, just take every change as it comes. I feel, if you have no expectations, everything is a bonus.
